Many sarcoidosis patients suffer from fatigue and sleep disturbances. Recently, it was demonstrated that obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is rather common in sarcoidosis. Moreover, sheet intolerance and painful legs are frequently reported in sarcoidosis patients. These symptoms might interfere with sleep quality.
