Orthopaedic and physiotherapeutic treatments must necessarily complete the medicinal treatment of common cervicobrachial neuralgia. Rest in a posture that suppresses or attenuates the disc-nerve root conflict is mandatory. The use of physical agents (ultrasounds, short waves), rehabilitation, local injections, vertebral tractions and manipulations depends on the results of clinical examination. Every anatomico-clinical lesion detected has indications that guide the therapeutic approach. Close supervision of these treatments is indispensable to modify their rhythm and intensity or to stop them.
