Pegylated liposomally encapsulated doxorubicin (Doxil. Ortho-Biotech) and paclitaxel (Taxol, Bristol Myers Squibb) are both active against Müllerian malignancies. A phase II trial was performed to determine the toxicity and efficacy of these agents when administered in combination.
