A patient is reported with an extremely unusual clinical presentation comprising painful subungual glomus tumors, hemangioma-like skin lesions of the trunk, and nodular lesions of the finger joints. Prominent arteriovenous shunting also was present. The etiology of all these abnormalities was thought to be extensive proliferation of glomus cells.
