To elucidate an optimal managenent strategy for unruptured paraclinoid aneurysms, the authors retrospectively reviewed their experience in the treatment of 100 patients who underwent 112 procedures for111 paraclinoid aneurysms performed using direct surgery and/or endovascular treatment.
