Several recent articles have described syndromes in which there is enlargement of the blind spot associated with retinal lesions. These have included the multiple evanescent white dot syndrome, acute macular neuroretinopathy, acute idiopathic blind spot enlargement syndrome, and multifocal choroiditis or pseudo presumed ocular histoplasmosis syndrome (pseudo POHS).
