Many clinical trials of DC-based immunotherapy involve administration of monocyte-derived DCs (Mo-DC) on multiple occasion. We aimed to determine tbe optimal cell processing procedures and timing (leukapheresis, RBC depletion and cryopreservation) for generation of Mo-DC for clinical purposes.
