There was studied the effect of vilon ultrasmall dose in the spleen organotypic tissue culture of rats of various age. The data obtained suggest that vilon ultrasmall dose (10(-9)-10(-13) M) exerted expressive effect on the explants development. This effect of effect of vilon ultrasmall dose can be used by the therapy, namely in the geriatric practice.
