Unlike abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, little information exists regarding aortic-related morbidity (synchronous/metachronous aneurysm or graft-related complications) after thoracoabdominal aneurysm (TAA) repair. This study was performed to define such events and identify factors related to their development.
