A clinical presentation of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) in the maxillary sinus of two patients is given. LCH in the maxillary sinus is a rare occurrence. Our aim was to compare the different treatment alternatives available and to suggest a classification as well as a therapeutic regime.
