Kleine Levin syndrome is an infrequent disorder of uncertain aetiopathogenesis that usually affects adolescent males, producing drowsiness and alterations in behaviour, appetite and sexuality. We report a clinically typical case in which the brain SPECT showed right frontal hypoperfusion.
