1) To identify the principal radiological signs of atypical pulmonary mycobacteriosis by means of X-rays and CT/HRCT; 2) to compare the two methods in order to evaluate their reliability with particular interest for the diagnostic role of HRCT in the identification of the disease; 3) to establish any significant differences in the pathology between AIDS and immunocompetent patients.
