Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) is a subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma characterized by CD30 antigen-positive, large neoplastic cells. We describe a case of ALCL suggested by cytologic examination of the tumor cells obtained from bronchial scratch preparations.
