The morphological characters of the girdles and limb-bones of the Lynx (Felis lynx Linnaeus) and the Caracal (Felis caracal Schreber) have been studied. Some features which aid in differentiating these two species have been represented. Further, an attempt has been made to correlate these differences with their habits.
