Perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (PNSH) is a distinct type of subarachnoid hemorrhage with a characteristic bleeding pattern, and an excellent clinical outcome. However, the clinical course of patients presenting with a perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal bleeding pattern and intraventricular blood has not yet been investigated.
