Circadian rhythm of blood pressure (BP) and articular painful syndrome was studied in 129 patients with essential hypertension (EH) concomitant with oasteoarthrosis (OA). Two types of BP biorhythm were detected, morning and evening. Tolerance of spa procedures was analyzed in 82 patients with reference to the time of procedures and type of BP biorhythm. Therapeutic protocol including sulfurated hydrogen baths and UHF therapy (1460 nHz) was tried in 25 patients with EH and concomitant OA; the time of procedures was determined by the biorhythm type. Advantages of biorhythmological approach to treatment are demonstrated.
