Lymphocoeles post renal transplantation can be difficult to see laparoscopically. The objective of this study was to report a new technique of catheter or guide-wire placement for the guidance of laparoscopic marsupialization of symptomatic post renal transplant lymphocoeles, refractory to conservative therapy.
