Non-perforating glaucoma surgery preserves the integrity of the trabecular meshwork in order to avoid postoperative hypotony. The purpose of our study was to investigate whether the morphologic variability of the excised deep scleral flap influences the postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) after viscocanalostomy.
