Rupture of a pseudoaneurysm is an unusual complication after surgical and interventional treatments in patients with hepatobiliary pancreatic diseases. However, it occurs abruptly and often results in a lethal outcome. The aim of this study was to retrospectively analyze our experiences of cases of rupture of pseudoaneurysms for providing appropriate therapeutic planning.
