It is well known that there is a close relation between sudden cardiac death and serious ventricular tachyarrhythmias in patients with aortic valve stenosis (AS). QT dispersion (QTd) reflects the ventricular repolarization heterogeneity and has been proposed as an indicator for ventricular arrhythmias.
