Pediatric intracranial germinoma treated with radiotherapy is considered a standard treatment, but may cause significant delayed damage to the central nervous system. Chemotherapy has been shown to be effective for the treatment of an intracranial germinoma. In the past 10 years, we treated 11 cases of primary intracranial germinoma with chemotherapy alone. The purpose of this retrospective study is to review the clinical outcome of these patients.
