It has previously been demonstrated that adding T cell-depleted (TCD) host bone marrow (BM) to an MHC-mismatched BM inoculum allows for induction of long-term stable chimeras without graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) even when non-TCD allogeneic BM was used.
