A 57-year-old woman was admitted for investigation of intrahepatic calcifications. Intrahepatic cholangiolithiasis was suspected. In 1993 she underwent cholecystectomy because of lithiasis. The examination with endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERC) was planned.
