Granulosa cell tumors constitute only 5% of ovarian neoplasms, and their coexistence with pregnancy is extremely rare. Juvenile granulosa cell tumor has a good prognosis if it is confined to the ovary, but this type behaves more aggressively than the adult type at advanced stages.
