Epidural injections of corticosteroids in the cervical spine can provide effective treatment of cervicobrachial neuralgia. This technique is mainly described by anesthesiologists who perform injections without imaging control. We demonstrate that this infiltration can be easily performed under CT-guidance by radiologists.
