An unusual case of schistosomal Meckel's diverticulitis is presented. Parasites were subsequently found in either stool or rectal biopsies of three siblings. The possibility of serious sequels makes the early diagnosis of Schistosomiasis mansoni often by simple stool and rectal biopsy examination particularly valuable.
