CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate + NADP(+) = 5,10-methenyltetrahydrofolate + NADPH. CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: 5,10-methenyltetrahydrofolate + H(2)O = 10- formyltetrahydrofolate.
