NCI: Abnormal cells are found in tissue lining the inside of the vagina (birth canal). These abnormal cells may become cancer and spread into nearby normal tissue.,NCI: Stage 0 includes: Tis, N0, M0. Tis: Carcinoma in situ (preinvasive carcinoma). N0: No regional lymph node metastasis. M0: No distant metastasis. FIGO no longer includes stage 0. (AJCC 7th ed.)
