Pancreatic Acinar Cell Neoplasm

NCI: An epithelial neoplasm that arises from the exocrine pancreas. It is characterized by the presence of neoplastic cells that resemble acinar cells and produce pancreatic exocrine enzymes. The vast majority are carcinomas.
