NCI: A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(11;22)(q13;q11) which places the CCND1 gene on the 5' side of the immunoglobulin light chain locus IGLC1 gene. This rearrangement may be associated with numerous B-cell malignancies.,NCI: A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(11;19)(q13;p13) which places the CCND1 gene on the 5' side of the FSTL3 gene. This rearrangement may be associated with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.,NCI: A fusion gene that results from a rearrangement of chromosome 11 which places the CCND1 gene on the 5' side of the PTH gene. This rearrangement is associated with parathyroid adenomatosis.,NCI: This gene plays a role in the regulation of mitotic events.
