NCI: Encoded by human RNF11 Gene, 154-aa 17-kDa Ring Finger Protein 11 contains a RING-H2 zinc finger motif important for protein-protein interactions. RNF11 may interact with NEDD4. RNF11 expression is induced by mutant RET proteins (MEN2A/MEN2B).
