JABL: Peters anomaly (mesodermal dysplasia of the anterior segment of the eye) with delayed mental and growth development, hypothyroidism, growth hormone deficiency, hypogonadism, cerebellar hypoplasia, tracheal stenosis, and additional defects. It shares many features with the Peters-plus syndrome.
