JABL: Ectrodactyly of the hands and feet (lobster claw anomaly), nasolacrimal duct obstruction, cleft lip and palate, and urogenital abnormalities are the cardinal features. Mental retardation, conductive hearing loss, and abnormalities of the ears and face are occasionally associated. The phenotype overlaps in parts that of the ectrodactyly-mandibulo-facial dysostosis syndrome.
