JABL: Variable immunodeficiency with centromeric instability of chromosomes 1, 9, 16 and, less frequently, chromosome 2. Manifestations vary and most common symptoms include facial dysmorphism, mental retardation and prolonged respiratory, cutaneous, and gastrointestinal infections.
