JABL: Multiple abnormalities in infants whose mother were treated with coumarin anticoagulants during pregnancy. The most common anomalies include developmental delay, neurological complications (usually hydrocephalus and occasional agenesis of the corpus callosum and meningoencephalocele), midfacial hypoplasia, and various ocular, skeletal, and other defects.,NCI: A rare syndrome characterized by congenital abnormalities caused by fetal exposure to the administration of warfarin to the mother during pregnancy. The congenital abnormalities include nasal bridge depression, nasal bones hypoplasia, microcephaly, congenital heart disorders, and brachydactyly.
