MSH: A cyclin subtype that is found as a component of a heterotrimeric complex containing cyclin-dependent kinase 7 and CDK-activating kinase assembly factor. The complex plays a role in cellular proliferation by phosphorylating several CYCLIN DEPENDENT KINASES at specific regulatory threonine sites.,NCI: Cyclin-H (323 aa, ~38 kDa) is encoded by the human CCNH gene. This protein plays a role in both the mediation of cell cycle progression and the regulation of basal transcription factors.
