NCI: Endothelin-1 receptor (427 aa, ~49 kDa) is encoded by the human EDNRA gene. This protein is a multipass transmembrane protein that is a receptor for endothelin-1 protein and plays a role in G protein-mediated signal transduction.,MSH: A subtype of endothelin receptor found predominantly in the VASCULAR SMOOTH MUSCLE. It has a high affinity for ENDOTHELIN-1 and ENDOTHELIN-2.
