NCI: Fanconi anemia group C protein (558 aa, ~63 kDa) is encoded by the human FANCC gene. This protein may be involved in DNA cross-link repair and cell cycle checkpoint regulation.,MSH: A Fanconi anemia complementation group protein that regulates the activities of CYTOCHROME P450 REDUCTASE and GLUTATHIONE S-TRANSFERASE. It is found predominately in the CYTOPLASM, but moves to the CELL NUCLEUS in response to FANCE PROTEIN.
