NCI: Nuclear factor NF-kappa-B p100 subunit (900 aa, ~97 kDa) is encoded by the human NFKB2 gene. This protein plays a role in both transcriptional regulation and signal transduction.,MSH: NF-kappa B p100 precursor protein helps retain TRANSCRIPTION FACTOR RELB in the CYTOPLASM and its full-length form inhibits NF-kappa B signaling. It is processed by the PROTEASOME to produce NF-kappa B p52 subunit.
