CSP: ethane-1-hydroxy-1,1-diphosphonate; a diphosphonate compound that affects calcium metabolism and inhibits the resorption and deposition of hydroxyapatite crystals in bone.,NCI: A drug that belongs to the family of drugs called bisphosphonates.
