MSH: Nuclear antigen with a role in DNA synthesis, DNA repair, and cell cycle progression. PCNA is required for the coordinated synthesis of both leading and lagging strands at the replication fork during DNA replication. PCNA expression correlates with the proliferation activity of several malignant and non-malignant cell types.,CSP: cofactor of DNA polymerase delta; required for DNA replication and cell cycle progression; used as a biomarker for a variety of disorders, including neoplasms and systemic lupus erythematosus.,NCI: Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (261 aa, ~29 kDa) is encoded by the human PCNA gene. This protein is involved in the regulation of both DNA replication and DNA mismatch repair.
