MSH: A CXC chemokine that is induced by GAMMA-INTERFERON and is chemotactic for MONOCYTES and T-LYMPHOCYTES. It has specificity for the CXCR3 RECEPTOR.,CSP: induced protein of 10 kDa; a member of the chemokine family of proinflammatory cytokines and is secreted from a variety of cells in response to interferon-gamma and lipopolysaccharide stimulation; may participate in the regulation of angiogenesis during tumorigenesis.
