MSH: A group of viruses in the PNEUMOVIRUS genus causing respiratory infections in various mammals. Humans and cattle are most affected but infections in goats and sheep have also been reported.,CSP: species in the Pneumovirus genus; an important cause of respiratory tract infection in infants.,NCI: A virus that causes respiratory infections with cold-like symptoms.,NCI: A negative-sense, enveloped RNA virus. The virion is variable in shape and size with an average diameter of between 120 and 300 nm.
