CSP: triad of nongonococcal urethritis followed by conjunctivitis and arthritis.,MSH: Historically characterized by a triad of inflammation involving the eye (CONJUNCTIVITIS), the bone (POST-INFECTIOUS ARTHRITIS), and the urethra (URETHRITIS), it is now thought to be nearly synonymous with reactive arthritis.
