MSH: Compounds containing phenyl-1-butanone.,NCI: Synthetic agents containing the phenyl-1-butanone group, most Butyrophenones are neuroleptic (antipsychotic) drugs, such as haloperidol, droperidol, or azaperone, that control schizophrenic symptoms (hallucinations, delusions, dementia).
