Degradation products of albumin increased the potency of this drug as evaluated by Lat's test, prolonged the duration of thiopental sleep and potentiated the hypothermic effects of thiopental. Thiopental action under the influence of albumin degradation products did not depend on the changes to accumunlation of this drug in the brain tissue. | lld:pubmed |
