pubmed-article:886719 | pubmed:abstractText | The presented results are based on the recording of potentials of the bundle of His during cardiac catheterization in patients with partial atrioventricular blocks, stage II, Samoilov--Wenkebach-type, and Mobitz type II. In all cases a narrow QRS complex on ECG indicated to a proximal localization of the block. However, the recording of an electrogram of the bundle of His permitted to establish the actual level of the block that appeared to be located proximal to the H potential on the electrograms in 2 patients, and in the common trunk of the bundle of His in one. The authors emphasize the advantages of the bundle of His electrography over the routine ECG recording. | lld:pubmed |
