pubmed-article:7569006 | pubmed:abstractText | We report two cases of small cell carcinoma of the prostate and describe the CT and MRI findings, which were primarily based on the rapid growth and high metastatic potential of the tumor. CT and MRI are extremely useful for demonstration of metastatic lesions. Histological confirmation is needed if the findings of CT or MRI are unusual for ordinary adenocarcinoma of the prostate. | lld:pubmed |
