The epithelial element consisted of a highly anaplastic basal cell carcinoma with focal keratinization. The mesenchymal component included elements of fibrosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, osteogenic sarcoma, and synovial sarcoma. This is, to our knowledge, the second reported case of carcinosarcoma arising in the skin. | lld:pubmed |
