Treatment consisted of hormonal therapy in the form of orchiectomy and ethinyl estradiol and he is alive 14 years later without evidence of disease. The pulmonary manifestations of prostatic carcinoma are discussed as well as the prognostic implications. This long-term survival, in view of the patient's initial presentation, makes this case unique. | lld:pubmed |
